At PlayStation.com, I contributed to various projects including the Support Hub, Communities, and PlayStation Plus Rewards. This involved collaborating on concept development, execution, and user experience enhancements to showcase PlayStation products and provide valuable resources to users.

During my tenure at PlayStation, I was involved in a global redesign initiative spanning the marketing division. This encompassed a comprehensive style update for the entirety of the PlayStation.com website.

To sustain the growth of the site, we continuously updated and modified modules to bolster user engagement and ensure the content remained dynamic and compelling.

Homepage multi-variant testing

A significant undertaking on PlayStation.com involved optimising the homepage, which garnered over 400,000 weekly page views, constituting 14% of overall traffic. This endeavour unfolded across four phases, meticulously analysing the performance of various page elements and occasionally conducting split testing to gauge the efficacy of new designs.

Upon consolidating all testing results, we meticulously analysed performance metrics to determine the most effective elements. This informed our decision-making process in updating the live homepage to reflect these findings. Additionally, we leveraged testing opportunities to evaluate new modules, identifying those with potential benefits for development and implementation across the entire website.
